For over a decade, Changu Ni Chema has stood with people living with HIV, orphans and vulnerable children, widows and youth across Homa Bay County. Through our four integrated programmes in health, reproductive rights, youth empowerment and sustainable agriculture, we have helped thousands of community members live positively and productively.
